Any logged in user can submit a story that will show up on the new stories page. Anyone can vote on these stories. Once a story has a sufficient number of votes, it is promoted to the top stories page.
how to submit a story
Submitting a story is easy. You need four pieces of information:
- The URL of the story that you want to refer to.
- A title for the story.
- A description of the story. This is a summary of the content of the story.
- Some appropriate tags for the story. Tags, also know as keywords, are important to allow the story to it to be easily grouped with stories of a similar nature. Some suggestions for tags are location, name of major players referred to in the story, general topic, etc.
